Committed to prison for two months. To pay £128 surcharge. Also admits attending an address in Bournemouth on August 18 which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on August 3. Committed to prison for six months consecutive. Also admits two further charges of attending an address in Bournemouth on August 18 which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed on August 3. Two sentences of six months imprisonment, both to run concurrently. Overall length of sentence of eight months.

VICTORIA BETHANY RAYE FUDGE, aged 29 and of Lincoln Road, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Churchill Road, Poole, on April 4 with 120 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £900. To pay £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 29 months.

TAYLOR WATERS, aged 25 and of Dolbury Road South, Alderney, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on April 1, 2019, by failing to attending unpaid work appointment on November 30, 2019, and planned office appointments on December 11, 2019, and December 18, 2019. To pay £60 costs. Community order made whereby the defendant must attend appointments and take part in activities for 25 days and carry out 85 hours of unpaid work.

CHRISTOPHER ARNOLD, aged 50 and of Middlebere Drive, Wareham, admits driving a motor vehicle in North Street, Wareham, on May 14 with 42 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £456. To pay £46 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

ALEX ROWE, aged 43 and of Washpond Lane, Swanage, admits assaulting PC Jones, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as a police officer, by beating him in Valley Road, Swanage, on May 13. To pay £150 compensation. Also admits damaging a road sign in Sandford Lane, Wareham, on January 25. To pay £200 compensation.

JOSHUA LEE CULLEN, aged 27 and of Stoborough Green, Wareham, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Poole on May 16. Discharged conditionally for two years. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits having a quantity of Xanax, a controlled drug of class C, in Bournemouth on May 16. Discharged conditionally for two years. Xanax to be forfeited and destroyed.

JONATHAN SLADE HALL, aged 37 and of Littlemead Close, Creekmoor, Poole, admits being drunk and disorderly in Millfield, Poole, on May 12. Fined £50. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.
