SAM EDWARD HILTON, aged 25 and of no fixed abode, admits using threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a man in Bournemouth intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him in Bournemouth on April 24. Community order made whereby the defendant must take part in an accredited programme for 42 days and carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made. Order lasts until March 3, 2022. Also admits two charges of sending electronic communications to two men, namely calls and texts, which conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any other person to whom he intended that it or its contents or nature should be communicated between April 22 and April 25 in Bournemouth. KEVIN DAVID SAUNDERS, aged 34 and of Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, admits, with another man, entering a garage/utility room in Florence Road, Bournemouth, as a trespasser on February 24 and stealing a washing machine. Community order made whereby the defendant must have treatment for drug dependency for six months and attend appointments and take part in activities for 15 days. To pay £25 compensation. Also admits failing to comply with a community order made on February 8 in that he failed to attend appointments on February 17, March 6 and March 16. New community order made. Also admits stealing a wallet containing cards from a man in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on December 16, 2019. Community order made. To pay £25 compensation and £100 costs.

DEAN JOHN BURR, aged 48 and of Capstone Place, Bournemouth, admits failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle and having been required to do so in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence in Capstone Place, Bournemouth, on March 22.
