WESTBOURNE Conservative Club has closed for a deep clean after a member of staff may have come into contact with someone who has coronavirus.
Staff at the venue in Alum Chine Road are being tested for Covid-19.
The site is currently closed and will remain so until Monday, subjec to the outcome of the staff tests.

A spokesperson for Westbourne Conservative Club told the Daily Echo: "We are getting people tested as a member of staff may have been in contact with someone in town.
"This is being done as a precaution. We are having a deep clean of the club carried out.
"If the test results prove to be clear then we will be reopening on Monday."
This comes as several Dorset schools reported positive tests among staff or pupils.
St Marks CE Primary School, Swanage and Yewstock School in Sturminster Newton are both closed.
A Year 13 pupil at The Gryphon School in Sherborne has tested positive and is now self-isolating, along with students and staff who have been in close contact with the individual. The school remains open to other pupils.
Reception children at Merley First School have been forced to stay away at homeclass after a confirmed case of coronavirus.
