JOHN BERNARD CRICHAN, aged 47 and of Richmond Park Avenue, Bournemouth, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman in Poole and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that he shouted abuse at her and sent her multiple emails causing harassment, alarm and distress between April 8 and June 1. Community order made whereby the defendant must take part in an accredited programme for 42 days. Restraining order made not to enter an area of Poole or contact two women. Order lasts until September 1, 2022. Fined £100. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits having 0.34g of cannabis at an address in Poole on June 9. Community order made. JACK WICKHAM, aged 24 and of Finchdean Road, Havant, admits damaging a glass pane worth £180 belonging to The Dancing Jug in Poole Hill, Bournemouth, on January 19. CALLUM MARK MOTTRAM, aged 25 and of Loddon Bridge, Reading, admits damaging a mirror, a wall, two lights, a picture, a window and a curtain belonging to The Carrington House Hotel in Bournemouth on March 7. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £500 compensation.

MATTHEW ANDREW CHARLES OGLES, aged 48 and of Bath Road, Bournemouth, admits intentionally touching a woman aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and he did not reasonably believe that she was consenting in Poole on June 4. DEAN MARK HOPKINS, aged 31 and of Barrack Road, Christchurch, admits using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour towards a man with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Bournemouth on April 18.
