TWO people were led to safety following a fire on the first floor of a derelict building.
Firefighters dealt with the blaze at a derelict property in Boscombe for the second time in four days.
The fire in Hamilton Road was reported to Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service at 4.47pm.
Smoke was seen coming from an upstairs window.
Fire crews from Springbourne, Westbourne and Christchurch are currently in attendance.
Four breathing apparatus wearers used two hose reel jets and a main jet to extinguish the blaze.
The fire on Friday involved a garage adjacent to the property.
The incident has now been handed over to police.
