A WOMAN who used a bank card that was not hers to buys items, a man who stole from various retails shops and a man who had a large knife in a public place have all been dealt with at Poole Magistrates' Court.

CARRIE-ANN SYMONDS, aged 45 and of no fixed abode, admits committing fraud in making false representation to use a debit card that did not belong to her to buy £28.30 worth of goods from Esso in Bath Road, Bournemouth, on August 9, 2019. Also admits committing fraud in making false representation to use a debit card that did not belong to her to buy £24.97 worth of goods from Co-op petrol station in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on August 9, 2019. Also admits committing fraud in making false representation to use a debit card that did not belong to her to buy £22.77 worth of goods from Co-op petrol station in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on August 9, 2019. Also admits committing fraud in making false representation to use a debit card that did not belong to her to buy £29.77 worth of goods from Co-op petrol station in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on August 9, 2019. Discharged conditionally for six months. Ordered to pay £76.04 compensation.

DAVID PHILLIP NOREY, aged 58 and of Ridout Close, Wallisdown, Bournemouth, admits stealing two pairs of footwear and a jacket worth £109.97 from TK Maxx at Ringwood Road Retail Park, Bournemouth, on December 31, 2019. Community order made whereby the defendant must attend appointments and take part in activities for 30 days. Fined £50. Also admits stealing £191.92 worth of Yankee Candles from Boots in Commercial Road, Bournemouth, on January 13. Community order made. Also admits stealing 17 steaks worth £75 from Aldi in Stewart Close, Bournemouth on February 20. Community order made. To pay £159.96 compensation. Also admits stealing a number of handbags from TK Maxx at Castlepoint in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on January 18. Community order made. Also admits stealing goods of an unknown value from Tesco Express in Wallisdown Road, Poole, on March 26. Community order made. Also admits assaulting a woman by beating her at Tesco Express in Wallisdown Road, Poole, on March 26. Community order made. To pay £25 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Community order made.

CHRISTCHURCH

ASHLEY DAVID PATRICK BOND, aged 22 and of Plantation Drive, Walkford, Christchurch, admits having a knife with a curved 17cm blade in a public place, namely Lymington Road, Highcliffe, without good reason or lawful authority on April 10. Community order made whereby the defendant must attend appointments and take part in activities for 15 days and carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. To pay £90 surcharge and £85 costs. Knife to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits having cannabis in his possession in Lymington Road, Highcliffe, on April 10. Community order made. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge imposed for offences of common assault and theft from a shop. Community order made.
