MOTORISTS experienced delays for several hours after a crash near Kingston Lacy.
The B3082 Blandford Road was closed due to the collision, which took place at 10.38am, involving a Citroen C3 and a Citroen Nemo.
The crash occurred in the direction towards Wimborne at the junction for Shapwick before Badbury Rings.
The incident led to traffic issues between Wimborne and Blandford.
A South Western Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We were called at 10.38am and responded to three patients at the scene with minor injuries. We were not required to take them to hospital."
Transport update service Travel Dorset, which is run from Dorset Council, reported that Kingston Lacy House and Estate say police are allowing access to the popular National Trust site.

Kingston Lacy House and Estate say Police are facilitating access to the attraction.
The road reopened at around 1pm.
