BOURNEMOUTH

NAZRUL ISLAM UDDIN, aged 41 and of Westbourne Park Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Brook Road, Bournemouth, on June 29. Committed to prison for seven weeks. Restraining order made. To pay £100 costs and £122 surcharge.

MATTHEW EDWARD JAMES, aged 29 and of Hankinson Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Ford Transit in East Avenue, Bournemouth, with 99 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on January 28. Community order made whereby the defendant must attend appointments or take part in activities for 15 days and carry out 150 hours of unpaid work. To pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. Also admits assaulting PC David Coterill by beating him in East Avenue, Bournemouth, on January 28. Community order made. To pay £200 compensation. Also admits resisting PC David Coterill in the execution of his duty on January 28. Community order made.

AIDEN MICHAEL DAVID GOODENOUGH, aged 28 and of Romsey Road, Winchester, admits failing to comply with requirements of a community order in that he failed to attend a probation office appointment on December 19, 2019, failed to gain permission change address and failed to keep in contact with the probation service. Dealt with for original offence of causing harassment alarm or distress to two people in Bournemouth on August 31, 2019. To pay £60 costs and a £150 fine. CHRISTCHURCH

RYAN JAMES FITZSIMMONS, aged 20 and of Rutland Road, Christchurch, admits failing to provide a specimen when being suspected of driving a vehicle and in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence at Bournemouth Police Station, Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on October 5, 2019. Community order made whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for two months. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Also admits having four grams of amphetamine in Somerford Road, Christchurch, on October 5, 2019. Community order made. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits driving a Peugeot without insurance or a licence in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on October 5, 2019. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. Also admits having one cannabis plant at Rutland Road, Christchurch, on October 5, 2019. Community order made. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words of behaviour with intent towards a person in Christchurch on October 5, 2019. Community order made. Restraining order made. To pay £90 surcharge and £85 costs.

POOLE LOUIS JAMES DAVID GARDNER, aged 27 and of no fixed abode, admits assaulting a woman in Poole on July 2. Committed to prison for six weeks. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits assaulting another woman on July 2. Committed to prison for six weeks concurrent. To pay £100 compensation.
