Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits driving a vehicle without an MOT certificate in Hamilton Road, Bournemouth, on March 29, 2019. PIOTR KALISZ, aged 36 and of Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of assaulting a woman occasioning her actual bodily harm in Bournemouth between March 1, 2019, and March 31, 2019. Community order made whereby the defendant must participate in 42 days of accredited programme, 20 days of activities and 60 hours of unpaid work. To pay £150 compensation, £85 surcharge and £650 costs. Also found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on February 3. Restraining order made. Also sentenced for conviction of an offence while subject to a community order. Original community order for failing to provide a specimen revoked and replaced by new community order. Admits driving a Jeep Cherokee in Wallisdown Road, Poole, on April 4, while disqualified from driving. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits driving a Jeep Cherokee when a wheel had a tyre which had the ply or cord exposed on April 4. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.

NATHAN ANTON BROOKES, aged 40 and of Talbot Avenue, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on October 22, 2019. Community order made whereby the defendant must complete 30 days of activities. Fined £100 and to pay £100 compensation. Also admits damaging furniture belonging to St Mungo's Charity in Talbot Avenue on March 7. Community order made. Also admits damaging a door frame belonging to St Mungo's Charity in Talbot Avenue on February 27. Community order made. Also admits commission of a further offence during operational period of suspended sentence for an offence of burglary with intent. No action taken on breach.
