BRADLEY KAVID KERR, aged 20, of Hosker Road, Bournemouth. Admits possession of cocaine in Bournemouth on November 1 2019. Fined £120 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £32 and costs of £85.

EAMON ANTHONY BERESFORD, aged 43, of Suffolk Road, Bournemouth. Admits stealing perfume to the value of £85 from Kamsons Pharmacy in New Milton on May 25 2020. Also admits stealing champagne and whisky to the value of £121 from Morrisons in New Milton. Community order with drug rehabilitation requirement. To pay victim surcharge of £92, costs of £85 and compensation of £121.

Community order made with rehabilitation requirement and to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £95 and costs of £200.

SZCZEPAN STANISLAW SIUTA, aged 29, of Ashley Road, Poole. Admits being drunk and disorderly and assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Bournemouth Road, Poole on July 25. Also admits damaging a police cell van in Poole and a police cell in Bournemouth on the same date. Also admits failing to comply with a community order and was dealt with for original offence of crfiminal damage. Jailed for a total of 14 weeks and ordered to pay total compensation of £345.

Also admits using threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour towards a woman in Ferndown on the same date. Community order made with 120 hours unpaid work requirement. Restraining order made.
