A SERIAL thief has been jailed after her latest crimes.
Ieva Baranuskte, aged 31 and of no fixed abode, was committed to prison for 10 months.
Appearing before Poole Magistrates' Court on July 13, the bench heard that she interfered with a vehicle in Feversham Avenue, Bournemouth, with intent to steal from it on July 5 before obstructing a police constable in her duty.
The defendant stole a bag, wallet and fragrances from a man and obstructed PC Vaughan in the execution of his duty in Bournemouth on May 30.
On May 15, she used another woman's bank card dishonestly to buy £10.59 worth of items from Boscombe Off Licence.
Baranuskte also stole 10 cans of Lynx deodorant, a pack of socks and a Venus razor, worth around £50, from Boots in Christchurch on May 14.
Four days earlier she committed fraud using a bank card belonging to another woman to buy £141 goods.
A series of suspended sentences issued in May and a community order made in March were breached by these latest offences.
The defendant admitted all of the crimes.
Alongside being jailed for 10 months, she was ordered to pay compensation for the fraudulent use of bank cards
