A MAN has been fined by the courts for damaging a door of a Bournemouth property that belongs to a housing association.
Lee David Whitcher, aged 33 and of Kingfisher Close, admitted carrying out the criminal damage of the address in Kittiwake Close, which was owned by Stonewater Housing Association.
District Judge Stephen Nicholls, sitting at Poole Magistrates' Court on July 9, handed him a £100 fine, ordered him to pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.
Whitcher received no separate penalty for failing to surrender to custody at the court on March 20.
