THE trial of a 19-year-old accused of murdering a man in Bournemouth is due to start today.
Jamie Frank Higgs will appear at Winchester Crown Court accused of killing Kai Joshua Archer.
The trial is set to be presided over by the Honourable Mrs Justice Jennifer Eady.
Mr Archer, aged 20 and of St John's Lodge, St Swithun's Road, Bournemouth, sustained stab wounds during an alleged incident in St Swithun's Road late on Saturday, November 16, 2019. He was taken to Poole Hospital but died a short time later.
Higgs, aged 19 and of Windsor Road, Boscombe, is alleged to have murdered Mr Archer. He pleaded not guilty when he appeared at Winchester Crown Court in February.
