A MAN has appeared before the courts after breaching a court order in Christchurch town centre.

Jordan Lee Cooper, aged 23 and of Windham Road, Bournemouth, admitted directly communicating with a woman outside of Good Intentions Cafe in Bargates, Christchurch, on October 2, 2019, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order.

Appearing before magistrates in Poole on Monday, July 6, Cooper was discharged conditionally for 12 months.

The defendant was issued with a restraining order, as well as being ordered to pay a £21 surcharge and £85 costs.
