A WOMAN with four children in the car was spotted by police talking on her mobile phone.
A spokesman for Dorset Police's No Excuse team said: "A female was stopped driving a BMW whilst using her mobile telephone.
"We weren't impressed to find four children in the car. Fixed penalty of £200 fine and six points issued.
"Five other vehicles were issued fixed penalties for speeding with a BMW driver in a hurry being recorded at 8mph in a 50 zone."
