A BROKEN vehicle is causing delays on a Hampshire motorway.
The breakdown has blocked one lane on the northbound carriageway of the M3 at Winnall.
Travel information service ROMANSE is reporting short delays.
It tweeted: "One lane blocked northbound due to broken down vehicle. Short delays on approach."
