A MAN who stole mobile phones worth £3,200 from the O2 Store, Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, has been handed down a 12-week curfew order.
Toby Roberts, of Tyrrell Gardens, Bournemouth, who was also ordered to pay £3,638 compensation, appeared at Poole Magistrates Court on Thursday (July 2).
The 24-year-old entered the store as a trespasser on Halloween, last year, before stealing the phones, the court heard.
He will be electronically monitored and must stay at a specified Tyrell Gardens address daily between 8pm and 7am for 12 weeks.
