A MAN who failed to turn up for unpaid work after being convicted of assaulting a woman has appeared in court.
Barnaby Kirk Giles, 41, of Vale Road, Parkstone, Poole was handed the unpaid work order but failed to attend on four occasions in March, August and September last year.
The order was revoked and Giles was dealt with for the original offence with a £250 fine and £60 costs.
