TWO bikes were stolen from an address in Christchurch, prompting a police investigation.

Some time between 7pm on Thursday May 28 and 9am on Friday May 29 two bikes were stolen from a property on Rushford Warren.

The first bike is described as a blue Apollo mountain bike and the second is a silver Dawes ladies bike.

It is also reported that during the same time period an attempted theft of a bicycle took place at a different address on the same road.

Officers investigating the theft have now issued CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to.

Police community support investigator Kate Hann, of Christchurch police said: “Following initial enquiries I have obtained CCTV images of two men I would like to speak to.

“I would ask that anyone who recognises them contacts Dorset Police.”
