HELLO SUNSHINE!
SAY hello to these adorable new babies in our New Arrivals section and in our stunning on-line gallery.
During lockdown, hundreds of parents across Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch and the New Forest were welcoming their brand new babies into the world.
Mum's across the region have spoken of their joy and drama at giving birth, difficult at the best of times and but especially so during a global pandemic.
Proud parents have praised our NHS staff, expressing their gratitude to the nurses and midwives who cared for them and delivered their babies.
Many of these newborns arrived at speed, others at a more leisurely pace and some little ones needed some help for a safe arrival. Many spending a few hours to several days in the neonatal unit.
But all these bundles of joy are bringing a ray of sunshine during the darker days of the coronavirus pandemic and beyond.
Restrictions are now being eased and proud parents are just beginning to venture out into the world, many for the very first time and are finally getting the chance to introduce their brand new babies to grandparents, family and friends in small "bubbles".
We want to say a Big Congratulations and share the excitement with you of welcoming your little ones into the world.
So, we will be publishing your babies in our New Arrivals section every Thursday in the Bournemouth Echo and here, on our website
