A MAN who broke into a container with intent to steal has been fined by magistrates.
John Richard Forrester, 37, of South Kinson Drive, Bournemouth admitted committing the offence at a site in Kinson Road on May 16.
Poole magistrates handed him a fine of £200 and ordered him to pay compensation of £30, a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £40.
