A HOMELESS man who stole 60 bottles of nail varnish in a raid on a Southbourne beauty salon has been jailed.
Jack Moore, 38, admitted stealing the nail varnish, as well as a power drill, phone, glass bowl and a speaker from Manhattan Nails in Seabourne Road when he appeared before Poole magistrates.
The offence was committed on December 15 last year and the items were worth a total of £1,223.
Moore also pleaded guilty to assaulting a person by beating in St Paul's Lane in Bournemouth on May 7 and stealing gloves and an umbrella from a person in Cotlands Road, Bournemouth on June 7.
He also admitted assaulting a second person by beating in St Paul's Road, Bournemouth on June 6.
He was jailed for 20 weeks and ordered to pay total compensation of £150.
