Residents and the fire service worked together to rescue two trapped baby seagulls.
A crew at Bridport Fire Station were called just after 1.30pm on Monday afternoon to a seagull trapped on the roof at Doctor Roberts Close.
A spokesman for Bridport Fire Station said: "On arrival crews pitched a nine-metre ladder and recovered a baby seagull stuck in some guttering.
"Due to the bird only being a baby and unlikely to survive from predators on the ground, it was taken to a local vets where it was reunited with its sibling which had been rescued by locals earlier in the day."
