A 15-YEAR-OLD boy is among three people charged with aggravated burglary after a man was allegedly stabbed at a Ferndown home.

The Bournemouth boy has appeared in court alongside a 17-year-old homeless boy in connection with the incident. Neither can be named for legal reasons.

Jack Dodds, 20, of Bure Lane, Christchurch also appeared in court following an alleged incident at an address in Ford Lane on Thursday May 28.

It was reported that at around 9.55pm on May 28 three men entered an address and allegedly took a quantity of cash before driving away in a white BMW.

During the incident it is alleged that a male occupant was stabbed and sustained injuries to his head and eye. He was taken to hospital for treatment.

A woman was also said to have sustained injuries to her arm that did not require hospital treatment.

Dodds is charged with aggravated burglary, criminal damage and failing to stop a vehicle when required by a constable. The 17-year-old boy is charged with aggravated burglary and the 15-year-old boy is charged with aggravated burglary, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and inflicting grievous bodily harm.

All three appeared at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Monday June 1 and are next due to appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on Thursday July 2.
