A MAN has appeared before magistrates after breaching an order imposed by the courts.

Samuel Mark David Hicks, aged 30 and of Frances Road, Bournemouth, admitted being at an address in Bournemouth on May 22, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order issued on March 5.

Appearing at Poole Magistrates' Court on Saturday, May 23, the defendant was issued with a restraining order.

He was also fined £120 and ordered to pay a £34 surcharge.

Hicks admitted a breach of a conditional discharge order made by Poole Magistrates' Cort in April for offences of drunk and disorderly behaviour and failing to surrender to custody. He received no separate penalty for these breaches.
