Dorset Dinghy Day is set to be rescheduled due to coronavirus
ORGANISERS of the Dorset Dinghy Day have announced that this year's event has been postponed.
The announcement was posted on Facebook, explaining that coronavirus has impacted the event that was set to take place in June on the River Stour.
The team will be keeping an eye on developments, with the hopes that the event can be rearranged for later in the year.
It is hoped that it will still take place in the summer, providing it is safe and sensible to do so.
The post states: "We are hoping however that we will still be able to hold the event this year, so please stay tuned."
