A338 Spur Road to close for five days
PART of the A338 Spur Road will be closed in both directions for five days, starting on May 25.
A public notice from Dorset Council said all vehicles will be prohibited from travelling along the Spur Road between Ashley Heath and the Blackwater junction.
The closure will be in place for five days, between 7pm and 6am.
The notice said: “The Notice is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users.
“This Order will enable partnership working between BCP Council and Dorset Council to carry out litter picking, sweeping of the central reservation and cleaning gullies along the A338.”
