A WOMAN fled the scene of a two-car crash in West Parley which saw one vehicle hit a garden wall.
Police attended the incident which happened on Thursday at around 1pm on Christchurch Road.
One car crashed into a garden wall and lost its wheel and a female driver fled the scene but was later detained by officers.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "We were called to a report of a two-vehicle collision on Christchurch Road in West Parley at 1.08pm on Thursday, May 14.
"It was reported that one of the cars was in also collision with a garden wall and its wheel had come off.
"There are no reports of any injuries.
"It was also reported that a female driver fled the scene. Officers attended and a woman was located and detained on a road nearby at 1.16pm."
