There are reportedly huge queues on the M5 due to an overturned caravan.
Two lanes are closed on the M5 southbound.
It comes despite the Government's lockdown restrictions being in place with a ban on non-essential travel.
Authorities have been pleading with the public, particularly as we approach the Easter weekend, to stay at home.
Emergency services were called to the motorway shortly before 3pm.
A caravan had reportedly overturned between junction 26 for the A38 (Wellington) and junction 27 for Tiverton.
The incident is ongoing.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
