AN APPEAL has been launched to find a missing teenager who left home in late February and has not returned home.

Kelevi Rakautoga, aged 17, left his home address in Bovington at 10am on Wednesday, February 26, and has not returned since.

He last made contact with his family on Tuesday, March 10, saying he would come home on Thursday, March 12, but he has not returned.

Kelevi is described as six feet three inches tall and of slim build with short, black hair and a beard. He was wearing a blue jacket, black jeans and black Nike trainers.

Dorset Police has issued a public appeal in attempt to find him.

Police Sergeant Tracy Santoni, of Dorset Police, said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Kelevi’s welfare and are keen to locate him to make sure he is all right.

“Officers have been carrying out a number of enquiries in an effort to make contact with Kelevi and I would urge anyone with information as to his whereabouts, or who sees a teenage boy matching the description given, to please contact us.

“I would also like to make a direct plea to Kelevi if you see this to please make contact with us or your family and let us know where you are as we just want to ensure that you are safe and well.”
