THE renovation of a Bournemouth town centre bar will bring a “truly unique experience” according to the venue’s manager ahead of its reopening today.

Formerly known as The Brasshouse, the doors of The Brass Haus are set to swing open following an extensive refurbishment, giving the establishment a new look and feel.

The bar and restaurant, located in Westover Road, is due to welcome back customers having commenced work on the refit in late January.

The extensive renovation has transformed the interior of the bar, with the new decor paying homage to Germany’s bierkellers and underground music scene.

Bournemouth Echo:

Gary Brill, general manager at The Brass Haus, said: “We’re working super hard to create a truly unique and stimulating experience for our guests, and we can’t wait to unveil the new look Brass Haus to the people of Bournemouth.

“The changes that are currently underway are all centred around creating an original, German-inspired bar and restaurant with a real difference. The new Brass Haus will provide both our regulars and first-time guests with an exciting location to enjoy delicious food and drink and brilliant live entertainment, making it the perfect venue to bring people together to be in the moment.

“Both myself and the whole team are incredibly excited to open the doors and welcome guests to experience the new Brass Haus for themselves, and we hope that they love it as much as we do.”

From soulful singers to upbeat bands, the new-style Brass Haus is set to provide an interpretation of the world which produced Marlene Dietrich and the musical cabaret.

As well as live music, the venue will continue to show live sport — from Premier League football and rugby, to boxing and international sports.

Along with the new look and refreshed entertainment offering, the relaunched Brass Haus will also introduce an all-new food offering.
