PAUL BENJAMIN RICHARDS, aged 42 and of Talbot Avenue, Bournemouth, admitted that on February 29 damaged fixtures work £200 belonging to St Mungos. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, ordered to pay £20 costs and a £21 victim surcharge.

DAVID MICHAEL COOP, aged 56 and of no-fixed abode, admitted driving at Poole Lane, Bournemouth, on February 22, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 40 microgammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. Banned from driving for three years, fined £80, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £32 and £50 costs.

ADAM SEBASTIAN BARANOWSKI, aged 42 and of Derby Road, Bournemouth, admitted assault on February 12 in Bournemouth. Fined £92, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £32 and £85 costs.

STEPHEN HALL, aged 43 and of Chessel Avenue, Bournemouth, admitted assault at Bournemouth on November 24, last year. Conditionally discharged for 18 months, restraining order imposed, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £21 victim surcharge.

IONUT BALAN, aged 36 and of Yelverton Road, Bournemouth, admitted that on November 16, last year, committed an assault. Community order made and ordered to carry out 100 hours unpaid work. Restraining order imposed and ordered to pay £90 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

GILLINGHAM

GRZEGORZ LAUZER, aged 36 and of Turners Lane, Gillingham, admitted that on February 23 at Canford Cliffs Road, Poole, failed to produce a breath specimen having been required to do so after being suspected of driving a vehicle. Ordered to complete 100 hours unpaid work, disqualified from driving for six months, ordered to pay £85 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.

POOLE

PHILIP MARTIN BRIGHT, aged 44 and of Fitzworth Avenue, Poole, admitted entering the Vape Shop, Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on March 1, as a trespasser with intent to steal.

Sentenced to 26 weeks prison.

STEVEN MICHAEL CHAPPELL, aged 35 and of Middlebere Crescent, Poole, admitted damaging a glass window worth £290 at Poole Hospital on October 3, last year. Fined £100, ordered to pay £290 compensation, £50 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.

KEVIN ALLEN JONES, aged 57 and of Old Kiln Road, Poole, admitted failing to provide a breath specimen, having been required to after being suspected of having driven a vehicle on February 23. Banned from driving for 17 months. Fined £461 and ordered to pay a £46 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

PURBECK

ROBERT CHARLES JOHN BURROWS, ahead 45 and of St Helens Road, Sandford, admitted that on February 14, breached the terms of a restraining order imposed by Poole Magistrates' Court on December 30, last year. Fined £80 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £32.
