SALE: Skint in Lawson Street
A NIGHTCLUB that has been on the market for more than a year has been reduced in price.
The Skint nightclub in Barrow's Lawson Street was put on the market in November 2018 for £300,000.
Estate agents Corrie & Co originally listed the club for £300,000 but it has now for sale for offers in the region of £175,000.
A description says: "The property has been closed for a number of years, does require refurbishment."
It is owned by the One Leisure group, a Durham-based firm.
