A TEENAGE boy arrested after an alleged murder in Bournemouth has been released without charge.
Kai Joshua Archer suffered stab wounds to the chest during an alleged incident in St Swithun's Road at 10.10pm on Saturday, November 16 last year.
The 20-year-old was rushed to hospital, but died a short time later.
Jamie Frank Higgs, 18 and of Windsor Road, Boscombe, was charged with murder after Mr Archer's death. He has not yet entered a plea to the charge, and a planned plea and trial preparation hearing at Winchester Crown Court last Friday did not take place.
The hearing is now set to take place this Friday, February 21.
Police have now confirmed that a 17-year-old Bournemouth boy arrested on suspicion of affray will face no further police action for that offence.
