AN AMBULANCE was involved in a crash with a car in Boscombe.
The collision between the South Western Ambulance Service vehicle and a silver Vauxhall Astra, registered to a Bournemouth man, took place shortly before 6pm on Wednesday.
A Dorset Police spokeswoman said: "We were called at 5.56pm on Wednesday to a report of a collision between a car and an ambulance on Christchurch Road at the junction with Parkwood Road.
"There no reports of any injuries. The local authority was made aware because of damage to a bollard."
An ambulance service spokesperson said: "We are aware of this incident, no injuries were reported, and the vehicle is being repaired. "
