Police are investigating after a 'suspicious van' was seen
A BEARDED van driver has been seen driving around Ferndown schools, police say.
Officers based in the town have received reports of a grey Transit-style van spotted passing schools.
A spokesperson from the team said: "We have been made aware of a grey Transit-style van, which is possibly a high top, driving around local schools in the Ferndown and Hampreston areas.
"The van has a white male driver with a beard who is around 30 to 40 years old and has dark hair.
"Anyone who sees any suspicious vehicles or a male matching this description is asked to please note down registration plates and report to 101 or via the website, dorset.police.uk
"Call 999 if a crime is in progress."
