FOUR years since his last tour, Alan Carr returns to the stage with two performances at Bournemouth Pavilion on Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19.

In his fourth solo tour, Not Again, Alan!, the much-loved comedian will muse upon the things that make life weird and wonderful, from his star-studded wedding day to fearing for his life at border control.

His previous tours include Tooth Fairy, Spexy Beast and Yap, Yap, Yap!, all of which went on to become top-selling DVD releases.

Since he finished hosting the 16th series of his BAFTA award-winning Channel 4 chat show, Alan Carr Chatty Man, Alan has appeared on a wide variety of other television programmes. Credits include There’s Something About Movies on Sky One, Alan Carr’s Celebrity Replay on ITV, and The Price Is Right on Channel 4.

He has also co-hosted four Stand Up to Cancer live fundraising events, and appeared as a judge on RuPaul's Drag Race UK, which he will return to later this year. On Sunday afternoons from 5pm, he co-hosts a radio show on BBC Radio 2 with Melanie Sykes.

As well as a star of stage and screen, Alan has written two highly commended autobiographies; Look Who It Is!, released in 2008 by Harper Collins, and Alanatomy, published in 2016 by Penguin.

Later this year, Alan will be back on our television screens as host of ITV’s Alan Carr’s Epic Gameshow. The series will see five of the country’s all-time favourite game shows - from Play Your Cards Right to Take Your Pick - supersized and reinvigorated for a brand-new audience.

Over the years, Alan has accumulated numerous accolades and awards, including a National Television Award in 2015 for Best Chat Show Host, and British Comedy Award in 2013 for Best Comedy Entertainment Personality.
