Also admits sending text messages for the purpose of causing distress of anxiety. Also admits damaging a vehicle in Canford Road, Bournemouth on August 6. Restraining order made until January 2022. To pay £72 compensation, to pay £100 costs. Also admits assaulting a person by beating her.

POOLE

JAMIE DUFFY, aged 19 and of Boyd Road, Poole, admits breaching a non-molestation order in Bournemouth on December 30. Community order made. The defendant must comply with an electronically-monitored curfew for four weeks and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 40 days. To pay a £90 surcharge. Application also made to revoke two community orders and re-sentence on the grounds that further offences have been committed.
