A POPULAR Southbourne micropub has gone on the market.
The Wight Bear in Southbourne Grove, which has space for just 36 seated people, is being sold for £85,000.
The venue is licensed until midnight from Monday to Saturday.
Planning consent was first given to transform the venue from a shop into a pub in March 2015.
Since then, it has become a Southbourne staple.
Agents at Ellis and Partners say the owners currently host live jazz nights. Once a week, customers are allowed to bring in food from Baffi Pizza.
The business also has a mobile bar, the Wild Bear, which is currently used between four and five times a year at events.
There are six members of staff working various shift patterns. The owners also work shifts.
The projected turnover for the current financial year is £280,000, with a net profit before tax of 24 per cent.
