A DRIVER has had his vehicle seized by police in Weymouth.
Officers from Weymouth & Portland Neighbourhood Policing Team were out on patrol yesterday evening when they spotted a man reported to be using his mobile phone whilst driving.
"It also transpired that he was driving without insurance," a police spokesman added.
"The driver has been issued a ticket and had his vehicle seized as a result."
