A HEALTH, fitness and nutrition company looking to provide a free bootcamp and coffee club project for mums has been shortlisted for Tesco’s Bags of Help scheme.

The Feel Fabulous Project, a team of four personal trainers dedicated to helping women, offers daily bootcamps, yoga classes and running clubs at Slades Park, Bourne Academy, Howe Croft Community Centre and Fernheath.

Supported by Sport England, the group have now been selected as one of the community projects supported by 12 Tesco and Tesco Express supermarkets across Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch.

Stacey Nowicki, founder of the The Feel Fabulous Project, said: “The Feel Fabulous Project team are honoured to be shortlisted for the #bagsofhelp scheme with Tesco.

“We believe all families should have access to the tools, guidance and support they need to feel at their best but with physical and mental illness being at an all-time high we know more work needs to be done.

“Mums and children will be able to come along and enjoy a family friendly exercise class followed by a community coffee club that will be facilitated by our PTs, who are also local mums.

“A fabulous opportunity to have fun, get fit and make friends!”

Customers shopping at Tesco will be able to vote for community projects using tokens dispensed after their shop.

The money raised from the sale of the reusable Bags for Life at the Tesco stores across the conurbation will be awarded to the project with the most tokens.
