These pets are currently residents at the Blue Cross rehoming shelter near West End, Southampton.

Tiger is a handsome 13-year-old shih-tzu looking for his new home in his older age.

He is a gentle chap who would love to have a comfy bed and a human companion to spend his retirement years with.

Tiger enjoys going out for gentle walks and always makes sure to stop and sniff all the smells.

Once he is back home, he happily settles down for a well-deserved afternoon nap.

He is looking for a settled home where he’ll be the only pet.

Rylina is an older cat waiting to find her new home.

She was found as a stray and unfortunately wasn’t claimed by an owner.

She is estimated to be around 12-years-old.

Rylina is a very friendly and chatty cat who loves having company and being stroked, if you stop then she will pat at your hand to ask for more attention.

Rylina would like to have a garden in her new home so she can pop out to enjoy the sunshine.

She could possibly live with other pets, pending an assessment here at the centre.

Rylina is incredibly sociable and affectionate, so she could live with young children, as long as they can come to the centre to meet her first.
