ABDOLUAHAB NEFAE, aged 22 and of no fixed abode, admits driving a Honda on the A338 Wessex Way on February 17 at a speed exceeding 40mph, namely 53mph. Fined £70, to pay a £30 surcharge. Driving record endorsed with three points. Also admits driving a Honda on the A338 Wessex Way on February 20 at a speed exceeding 40mph, namely 53mph. Fined £100. MATTHEW JOHN FRANCIS DOYLE, aged 32 and of Hennings Park Road, Poole, convicted of stealing a box of beer and a frozen pizza from Tesco in Branksome on July 10. Fined £40, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £200 costs. Also convicted of stealing alcohol worth £10 from M&S at the Dolphin Centre on June 21. Fined £40. Also convicted of assaulting a person by beating him at Tesco. Fined £120, to pay £50 compensation. Also convicted of stealing four cans of lager worth £5.79 from the Poole Convenience Store in the High Street on June 5. Fined £40, to pay £5.79 compensation.

MARK JOHN COALTER, aged 49 and of Bell Heather Close, Poole, admits driving a Renault van in Wimborne Road East, Ferndown on August 28 while disqualified. Community order made. The defendant must comply with a rehabilitation activit6y requirement for 15 days and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. To pay a £90 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.
