POOLE'S branch of Game will close next week, leaving just two branches left in Dorset.
The store in the High Street is to close its doors on Boxing Day.
It means fans will have to travel to the Sovereign Centre in Boscombe or St Mary's Street in Weymouth to visit a branch.
It comes two years after the store at Castlepoint closed.
A temporary branch opened in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth last year.
Game has faced difficult trading conditions. In 2012, the chain’s owner went into administration, under pressure from supermarkets and online gaming.
The business was saved under new ownership, but the shop in Commercial Road, Bournemouth was among those shed during the administration process.
