NATHAN SCOTT WILLIAMS, aged 45 and of Leydene Avenue, Bournemouth, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a Mercedes van who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence after July 17. Fined£270, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £500 costs.

FRASER PHILLIP BROOKES, aged 35 and of Langdon Road, Poole, convicted in absence of taking a Ford Focus in Poole on September 4 without the consent of the owner. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Also convicted in absence of using a vehicle without insurance. Disqualified from driving for 15 months and 21 days. Also convicted in absence of interfering with various vehicles in Langdon Road. Committed to prison for six weeks concurrent. Also admits stealing a black iPod and chargers in Alexandra Road, Poole on August 25. Committed to prison for six weeks consecutive. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits failing to surrender to custody on November 13. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive. Also admits stealing loose change, a watch, jewellery and a bank card holder from a car at the Redlands shopping centre on November 28. Committed to prison for 12 weeks consecutive. Overall length of sentence – 32 weeks.

WIMBORNE

KHALED ABDUL, aged 46 and of Towers Way, Corfe Mullen, admits driving a Honda in Longmeadow Lane, Poole on July 25 at a speed exceeding 30mph, namely 39mph. Fined £50, to pay a £32 surcharge, to pay £120 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

FERNDOWN

NEC HAULAGE LTD, Milton Street, Northampton, admits using a DAF heavy tractor unit in Ferndown on June 17 with a defective tachograph. Fined £100, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.
