Community order made for 12 months, including 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Also fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85. Also restraining order protecting victim.

RICHARD DANIEL ALAN KITCHER, 29, of Main Road, Marchwood. Admitted failing to comply with requirements of a community order. Order varied to include extra three month alcohol treatment requirement. Also extra three days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Ordered to pay costs of £25.

JASON JOHN FORD, 44, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to comply with notification requirements of sexual offences. Committed to prison for four weeks. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122.

MAX DANIEL STEPHENSON, 26, of Fleming Avenue, North Baddesley. Pleaded guilty to breaching non-molestation order. COLLEEN MCCARTNEY, 46, of Beech Road, Shirley. Admitted breaching community order by failing to attend appointments. Community order extended for nine months.

KEITH NICHOLAS BEDDOW, 45, of Chatsworth Way, New Milton. Pleaded guilty to assault.
