IT'S NOT too late to get your elf on for Poole Hospital's classic Christmas fundraiser and join in the annual Elf Dash on Sunday.

Now in its fourth year, the dash - which hopes to raise £30,000 - starts at Poole Cycle Speedway.

The dash route takes in Baiter Park, with stunning views of the harbour, before returning to the grotto to meet Father Christmas and his helpers.

A spokesman said: "Everyone can join in the fun whether you walk, run, skip or dance your way around the course! It is even suitable for our four-legged friends. We will have our very own Santa Express MoreBus to visit, some very sparkly VW camper vans to admire and our very own Gully Bear giving out free hugs, fist bumps and selfies."

Tickets include mince pies and hot drinks provided by the Co-op at Hamworthy and all dashers will receive an elf hat and medal, and children will receive a gift from Father Christmas.

Registration starts at 11.30am at the Cycle Speedway, Baiter Park.

Tickets are £8 for adults, £6 for children and under 3’s and dogs free of charge.
