AN 83-YEAR-OLD driver has been found guilty of failing to stop after an accident.
Roger Street of Chapel Lane in Bransgore, Christchurch was also convicted of failing to report an accident and of driving without due care and attention.
The court heard he was driving a BMW in Ringwood Road, Longham, when it collided with a Fiat on May 15 this year.
His driving licence was endorsed with five points and he was fined £1,280 and ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge and costs of £620.
