JUSTIN EVAN BICKER, aged 49 and of Turlin Road, Poole, admits stealing goods worth £83.91 from Lidl in Blandford Road, Poole on June 18. Community order made. Also admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause another to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used. Restraining order made until November 2020. Also admits the commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 18 months for theft from a motor vehicle and going equipped. No adjudication – dealt with for original offence.
HARVEY BRIAN LIPSITH, aged 70 and of Chaddesley Glen, Poole, admits using an unlicensed vehicle in Bournemouth on April 4. Fined £538, to pay vehicle excise back duty of £16.67, to pay £85 costs.

JOSHUA THOMAS WARD, aged 19 and of Sandy Plot, Christchurch, admits wilfully obstructing a PC in Burton Road, Christchurch on June 19. Fined £120, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.
WIMBORNE
PETER HAROLD HALL, aged 21 and of Leigh Lane, Wimborne, admits exceeding a 40mph speed limit in Ringwood Road, Bournemouth on March 16 by driving at 65mph. Fined £100, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.
He also admits exceeding a 30mph speed limit in Newtown Road, Verwood on August 14 by driving at 36mph. Fined £60. Driving record endorsed with three points.
