POLICE are still looking to track down a New Forest man as part of an attempted murder investigation after a man was hospitalised with serious injuries.

As previously reported, a 30-year-old man, from Milford-on-Sea, was found by officers in Lower Buckland Road, Lymington, shortly after 3.30am on Thursday, October 31. He has since been released from hospital.

On Saturday, November 2, officers issued an appeal for the public’s help to find Martin Williamson, 45, from Brockenhurst, in relation to their investigation.

He is white, around 6ft tall, with short brown hair, brown eyes and tattoos He has a dragon tattoo on his right arm and a flower on his left.

Anyone who sees him should call 999 and those with information about should call police on 101, quoting 44190389940. Officers arrested a 42-year-old man, from Lymington, on suspicion of attempted murder and he was bailed until November 29.
